This collection gathers our lighter roasts for customers looking for more balance, fruity & floral coffee with varying levels of acidity. This roast level works best with pour overs, aeropress, drip coffee machines, but can also be enjoyed as a vibrant and fruity espresso, moka pot, or French Press. Here you will find both light and medium roasts, but they all stray away from the too-bold and full-bodied, and roasty and smokey aromas.
