Sourced from an association of seven small farms in Brazil, this coffee represents their first venture into international export, and we are proud to have been among their first customers abroad. Roasted on the lighter side, it highlights the natural sweetness, balance, and character that make this lot so special.

The pulped natural process—also known as semi-washed—occupies the space between washed and natural processing. The skin of the coffee cherry is removed before drying, while much of the fruit remains on the bean. This approach often produces coffees with the body and sweetness of a natural process, paired with the clarity and refined acidity of a washed coffee.

The result is a clean, balanced, and approachable cup with a silky texture, vibrant sweetness, and exceptional drinkability. A coffee that offers both comfort and complexity, whether enjoyed as a filter brew or a lighter espresso.
