We do not accept returns on coffee seeing that coffee is a perishable item. That said if you’re dissatisfied with the product that you received please let us know. Notify us within 30 days after your order and we'll send through a replacement item at no additional cost.

Any other item such as merchandise will be eligible for return and/or replacement if notified within 30 days.
