Introducing Adado, the fourth Ethiopian release under our Toto banner.

Sourced from the highlands of Yirgacheffe, Adado stands apart from our previous Ethiopian offerings. Grown at exceptional elevations and produced by a community of more than 700 smallholder farmers supplying the Adado washing station, this coffee showcases the elegance, complexity, and vibrancy that have made Ethiopian coffees legendary.

The cup is delicate yet expressive, with a clean, crisp profile and a silky, tea-like mouthfeel. Expect notes of ripe peach, hints of raspberry, white tea, magnolia, and jasmine, carried by a refined sweetness and bright, lively acidity.

Beautifully suited to pour-over and other filter brewing methods, Adado is a coffee that rewards a slower pace, revealing new layers with every sip.
