Our decaf is a regional arabica  blend from the Veracruz region of Mexico, where it is carefully processed using Ethyl Acetate (EA) method, a natural decaffenation process made from sugarcane. The goal is simple, remove the caffeine, while maintaining the coffee's true character. The result is a clean, well-balanced cup with plenty of flavour and body, roasted a bit on the darker side for a bolder filter and espresso.
