DECAF Sugar Cane / Mexico
Our Decaf proves that removing caffeine doesn't have to mean sacrificing flavour.
Sourced from the Veracruz region of Mexico, this regional Arabica blend is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) process, a naturally derived method that utilizes compounds from sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee's original character.
Roasted slightly darker for added body and depth, the result is a smooth, well-balanced cup with rich flavour, low acidity, and a satisfying finish. Whether brewed as filter coffee or pulled as espresso, it delivers all the comfort and character of great coffee—just without the caffeine.
A decaf for people who love coffee first and happen to avoid caffeine second.
