The matcha is sourced from Kagoshima, Japan, a region known for its volcanic soil and centuries-long tea cultivation. The tea leaves are stone-ground, first-flush, shade-grown, and produced by a family of farmers with a 400-year history of cultivating green tea. The organic matcha is pre-sweetened with a blend of organic coconut palm nectar, monk fruit, and organic stevia leaf extract.
Due to it being a sweetened blend, we recommend a portion of a tablespoon, or between 10 and 15 grams, depending on the type and the size of the drink.
