No fireworks. No gimmicks. Just a clean, balanced cup with rich chocolate notes and a roast profile that leans slightly darker than medium. Dependable, versatile, and satisfying, Workhorse is equally at home in a latte, as a bold drip coffee, a classic espresso, a moka pot, or a French press.

Our current lot features a naturally processed Red Catuai from Mantissa Estate in Brazil's renowned Sul de Minas region. Grown at an average elevation of 1,245 metres and shaded by native trees, this coffee develops exceptional sweetness, balance, and body.

The result is a comforting everyday coffee built on consistency, quality, and the belief that the best coffees don't always need to shout to be heard.
