Good coffee but delivery unreliable at your own risk

I have ordered Ambros a few times & it fast became a favorite. So, I reordered $79 worth of coffee July 24 & received confirmation which stated that I would receive notification when coffee sent. I waited a week & contacted Ambros today & learned that the coffee had been delivered July 28…no notification was sent. I live in a large building & deliveries are placed in a locked room & so when a notification is sent I check immediately…I checked today as soon as Ambros advised me that a delivery was made …No coffee and radio silence from Ambros when I advised them…so even though their order confirmation states that you will receive notification when coffee sent …this is not their policy….so that’s it with Ambros

Great flavor

I love how many different decaf options there are. I really wish to go to the actual alphabet cafe. Didnt get a chance this time. But i’ll be ordering from NY in the future for sure!
