Ethiopia Tariku Mirado
This single-origin coffee was grown by a number of small landholders in the highlands of Bensa, and sun-dried on raised African beds at the Tariku Mirado processing station - a part of the esteemed Moplaco sorting network - from which it takes its name. Expect a cup that stands out the way a natural Ethiopian should: very clean, good body, nuanced, fruity and vibrant. We experienced pronounced notes that reminded us of tropical fruit punch, green apple acidity, blackberries, and even hints of milk chocolate.
Coffee can be made however which way you like, but due to the medium/light roast and its fruitiness, this Ethiopian shines through drip and pour-over. Espresso fiends, you will also find it in our Lundi espresso blend.
