El Salvador Los Angeles
Our first coffee from El Salvador is a vivacious one. A juicy, fruity cup reminds us of tropical fruit and melon and ends with a fairly pronounced and engaging note of champagne.
This natural processed Pacamada is from Finca Los Angeles, one of many farms owned by Los Naranjos Café, a company started by three high school friends, which now operates a growing network of farms across El Salvador. With altitudes from the 1300 to 2046 masl, a diversity of varieties ranging from Orange Bourbon to Geisha, and utilizing various processing methods, Los Naranjos Café is heavily invested in its people, as well as in the preservation of the natural environment surrounding their farms.
