This new year, we were looking to shake up our lineup with some rich, heavy, and fruity natural processed coffee, and were won over by a microlot from Finca San Ignacio in northern El Salvador.

The producer, Edgardo, comes from a lineage of acclaimed coffee producers in El Salvador. Growing up on his father’s plantation, he learned the importance of meticulous picking and careful processing that goes into creating lots worthy of winning the Cup of Excellence competition 3 times. As a young aspiring producer, he started Finca San Ignacio in the same region as his father’s farm, where he plants only bourbon and pacamara. 

In your cup, you will find notes of tropical fruit, molasses, and red wine, with a sugary undertone the whole way through.

Brew it as a sweet, fuller-bodied filter or as an espresso if you are looking for fruit funk.

Free shipping to the rest of Canada on all orders over $49. Within Quebec and Ontario, coffee will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Orders to all other provinces take between 2-5 business days.

Free shipping to the USA on all orders over $79. Coffee to the Continental United States will be delivered in 2-7 business days.

We know you want your coffee, and we work hard to ship out promptly. Please keep in mind that we roast fresh and in smaller batches, and delays sometimes occur. If ever they do, rest assured we will communicate with you.
