Dark Roast Caramuru from Brazil
From the coffee region of Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, Caramuru is a single-farm natural process Red Catuai. It is one of our darker roasts, perfect for a low acidity, full-bodied drip, French press, or bold Espresso with a hint of sweetness.
The Barbosa family has been growing coffee at Fazenda Cachoeira for generations. Danilo is the current owner and manager. His great-grandfather, Elias Barbosa, passed the farm on to his grandfather Claudio and from him to his father, Jairo. Today, Danilo runs the farm with his sons Vítor Marcelo and Sergio Ricardo.
