Colombia Buena Vista
For our second Colombian, we wanted to go a different route than the acidic chocolaty coffee we are used to from the region. The Buena Vista is a fruity & floral washed Caturra that has gone through a 100-hour fermentation process to bring out a distinct, almost tea-like profile, with a cup that reminds of clementine, melon, blueberry, and orange blossom.
This coffee is produced by the Palaez Jaramillo Family in Caldas, Colombia. On their farm, no oil is consumed in the drying process. Instead, only coffee parchemin skin is used as fuel and is operated by 15 to 20 permanent employees.
