Pairs very well with dairy and non dairy milks for lattes and cappuccinos . Pulling the shots on a gaggia classic pro and so far so good. I’ve tried the Pulp fiction and Enzo the baker and both are great tasting and well balanced coffees.
Not the darkest espresso blend, great with milk, the right amunt of bitter.
We have loved Enzo from the first sip. Fantastic aromas and flavours that are consistent with every espresso. I have had friends/guests ask me on 3 separate occasions what they were drinking, something that had never occurred to me before.

Is it my favourite coffee? No. Would I be drinking it every day? Definitely not. Is it the most unusual, amazing, challenging and interesting cup of coffee I ever tasted? For sure. Don’t hesitate.
