Freddo Culture™ is one of the defining themes of Alphabet Cafe. In the Greek coffee culture, a Freddo (Cappuccino or Espresso) is an iced coffee recipe. Based on the traditional recipes, we created several variations which complete our, now famous, Freddo Menu. Freddo Culture™ more than about an iced coffee; it's about our heritage, and the quality and substance behind it, and the style and flair with which we serve it.

Our signature drink that marries whipped, iced espresso and cold foam, is one already deeply ingrained in Greek coffee culture, and we are committed to serve it with the quality, substance, and style that it deserves. From its introduction in Greece in the 1990s, as an alternative iced coffee to the traditional Frappe (made from lower-grade instant coffee), which it soon surpassed in popularity, to the advent of specialty coffee in the early 2000s, and up until today, the Freddo may have grown up a bit, but has always kept its spirit. At Alphabet, Freddo is a culture and an art.
